The International Liaison Desks: a network
without borders dedicated to Middle market clients
The International Liaison Desk Network (ILDN) offers support to French companies to more easily access local banking services and to adjust generally to the commercial realities of operating in a foreign country.
 |
A dynamic network in over 70 countries
The ILDN covers more than 70 countries in Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East.
|
This network is supported by Crédit Agricole Group’s
international presence. Additionally, Crédit Agricole Group has signed
specific partnership agreements with large commercial foreign banks
in order to provide international banking services to its corporate
customers.
Recommended by the account officer in France and supported by the "Delegate " (head of Crédit Agricole Group liaison desk) abroad, the client benefits from a privileged relationship with these partner banks, which are firmly established in their respective markets.
 |
A comprehensive knowledge of the
market, both in France and abroad |
The Delegates are experienced officers
of Crédit Agricole CIB and are well versed in international commercial banking. They
work in synergy with their Crédit Agricole Group colleagues in France.
Thanks to this close cooperation, the French company
is introduced abroad as a known entity.
The relationship of confidence developed in France is extended abroad.
Completely integrated into the country, the Delegates
thoroughly know the language, the economy and the local commercial and
financial practices.
Their bicultural teams clarify the individual characteristics
of the country. They thus save invaluable time for
the French company which is discovering a new environment, and help
it avoid many pitfalls.
Firmly anchored in the local business environment,
the Delegates maintain ongoing relationships with the public and private
organizations of the country (Economic missions, Chambers of Commerce,
investment promotion offices, specialized agencies, etc.). They put
their privileged networks and professional contacts at the disposal
of the small to medium-sized business clients of Credit Agricole Group.
 |
A tailored offer of services
The Delegate assists the company from the initial planning stages up through the execution of the plan, providing ongoing support. |
The Delegate evaluates the company’s
needs, provides personalized advice and facilitates the company’s
administrative and banking initiatives. He initiates and follows the
company’s relationship with the partner bank or the local Credit
Agricole Group branch. If necessary, he introduces the company to local service
providers or consultants.
The Delegate puts at the disposal of the company his technical skills,
his knowledge of the environment and
the local players. The Delegate is responsive and available, providing
the company fast and relevant answers.
 |
